My beautiful, talented, smart, granddaughter (Amanda) turned 16! I can hardly beleive it. Her request for a birthday cake was a "Beetlejuice" cake.
I made a "semi" topsy turvy cake and covered it with bright colored fondant. The figures were made of a combination of modeling chocolate, fondant, and gumpaste.
Happy Birthday my darling Amanda!!!!
